In my practice, I work to truly customize therapy for each individual to meet every person’s unique needs. I believe that you should have more control over your therapy experience. Clear, open, and honest communication is my priority, so I always encourage your feedback. I approach therapy in a more relational way, meaning I understand people through their relationship patterns and past experiences. Together, we will use this understanding to identify and shift these patterns in order to overcome current struggles. I find that once people are able to channel their energy in a healthy way, they accomplish so much!
