Yes! I offer a free 15-minute consultation call so you can get a feel for how I work and see if we’re a good fit. This is a chance for you to share a little about what you’re looking for, ask any questions, and decide if therapy with me feels right for you. There’s no pressure—just a supportive conversation to help you figure out your next steps.

I don’t work directly with insurance companies, but I’m happy to provide you with a monthly superbill—a detailed receipt of our sessions—that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
I know navigating insurance can feel overwhelming, so I’m here to support you however I can. If you’re unsure about your coverage, I recommend reaching out to your provider to ask about their out-of-network benefits for therapy.

Therapy is an investment in you—your healing, your growth, and your future. My fees are $225 for the initial 60 minute intake session and $200 for ongoing 50 minute sessions.
If you’re wondering about ways to make therapy more affordable, you might consider using your HSA/FSA benefits or seeing if your insurance provider offers reimbursement with a superbill. Let’s work together to make this a valuable step toward your well-being.

First appointments can feel a little nerve-wracking, and that’s totally normal. When we meet, it’s all about helping you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll spend time getting to know each other—what brought you here, what you’re struggling with, and what you’re hoping to change.
There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll go at your pace, and by the end of the session, we’ll have a clear idea of how we can work together to help you feel more grounded and hopeful.

Typically, clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and create meaningful change. Over time, we can adjust the frequency of sessions based on your progress and needs. We’ll work together to find a schedule that feels right for you.

Therapy is as unique as you are, so the length of time depends on your goals and how deeply you’d like to explore. Some people come for a few months to work on a specific goal, while others choose ongoing support to keep growing and healing.
We’ll regularly check in on your progress to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs. This is your journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you for as long as you need.

Life happens, and I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. This helps me honor my time and ensures I can be available for other clients who may need support.
